• Order & checkout information: when you make a purchase, our checkout provider, Snipcart, and our payment processor, Square, collect your name, shipping address, billing address, email, and payment details in order to process and fulfill your order.

• Cookies & similar technologies: our checkout provider (Snipcart) uses cookies to operate the shopping cart and remember items between pages. We do not currently use any analytics tools, and this policy will be updated if that changes.

• To process, fulfill, and ship your orders
• To respond to questions submitted through our contact form
• To send order confirmations and shipping updates
• To send newsletter emails, only to those who opt in, and only until you unsubscribe
• To improve the Site and our products

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the business:

• Snipcart (checkout & cart provider) and Square, our payment processor, to process payments and orders.
• Shippo, our shipping label provider, and the USPS, to print your shipping label and deliver your order.
• Resend, our transactional email provider, to send order and shipping notification emails.
• Netlify, our website and form hosting provider, which processes contact form and newsletter submissions on our behalf.
• As required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NK Soap, our customers, or others.

4. Data retention

We retain order information as long as necessary for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. Contact form submissions and newsletter subscriptions are retained until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe.

5. Your choices & rights

• You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email.
• You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us (see below).
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Our Site and products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
